Signed a contract for work to be done on my plumbing. Seemed to be once the floor was opened up additional costs kept popping up everywhere. When I asked for details for these additional costs he refused to provide a detailed breakdown of what charges went for what and what these so called extra parts were exactly. He told me flat out he will not provide me anymore details than the generic labor and miscellaneous parts. $1750 was the initial contract and got a bill for an additional $1100 which was never discussed with me. We had some discussion of some extra costs around $300 which I can understand but then the bill came way above what we ever discussed. When I brought it to his attention he stated it is what it is and that’s what you owe me. He said he will not provide any further detailed billing breakdown and I owe it. He also stated he could care less about any online reviews because they mean nothing to him. I would never ever recommend them for any work. If so be ready to pay double the contracted quote and have surprise charges around every corner. I unfortunately had to learn from my mistake of hiring him for what was a job he said he did thousands of times. Also the way he treated his son who worked for him was appalling. The constant verbal abuse he used was beyond acceptable and I have video evidence of this from my security cameras on my property.
