        I ordered a couch in October. The salesperson told us it would be delivered in November.. It is now January 3rd and no couch. I have called twice and given excuses, no one has ever called to explain or give information. Requests for a refund were denied. Even if this is the nicest couch in the world I now hate it and HATE that I shopped at Brownie Furniture.
