I walked in to the store and I was welcomed and if they could help me find what I was looking for. I shared what I was in search of and was directed straight to the correct isle. I had a great selection to choose from. Upon checking out the person that initially directed me came over and asked if I found what I was in search of. I was also thanked for my business by the person working the check-out station. Excellent experience! John

Just went in with zero knowledge of printers. Had a nice gentlemen help me out the whole time. Didnt catch his name unfortunately! But he was tall white man. Anyway, I know I sounded dumb but he was so patient and kind! Pointed me to the right direction and helped as much as he could. Really really satisfied with the costumer service. The cashier was really nice too. And I went in the last 30 minutes too!
