        Couldnt get someone to help at first. Then when i went to return it, do to it not being a product it was made out to be, linda at customer service was extremely rude and full of attitude. 4/1/24

        My whole trip to Menards today was amazing. I needed so much help and I wanted to express my gratitude to Holden, Gabe and Gabe! They were awesome at helping me with all of my needs Menards headquarters will you please give them all a raise please thank you very much

        Very disappointed in menards today. I bought a vacuum at the store 2 weeks ago the belt broke. I figured they would sell the belts as they are a normal wear item but nope they don't carry the belts for this vacuum. And I was going to buy another item while I was there and the lines were 6 to 7 deep with 2 registers open and waited a few minutes but the store never opened another line. After today menards in Detroit lakes will be my last stop to buy anything
