Rude workers wont help find what you need and act like its your fault if they stock a product in the wrong place. Basically told me to leave because they didnt want to help me find the product I went all the way there to get.

Went in tonight looking for a Kwikset smart lock and a few deadbolts. There was a bald ing? skinny man worker that was intensely staring at my husband and I as we were shopping for a lock. We were clearly profiled and/or he assumed we were going to steal. Spoiler alert, we didnt. Instead of him asking us if we needed service he stood in front of the aisle and legitimately stared us down and followed me when I went looking for a specific deadbolt. I think this was about a 10-15 min experience. So instead of him asking us if we needed help he just let his presence be known by staring us down VERY unwelcoming. Horrible and despicable service. It is quite embarrassing. Unfortunately this is the closest Menards. I hope he learns from this experience and instead of assuming, offers customer service.

Love the prices and deals at this Menards, the store is clean and the majority of the employees are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The store could do with better education regarding service dog access laws, I've had numerous issues when here with my legit service animal and them allowing pet dogs in when the corporate policy is service dogs only, and or just full on access issue, the store if your in a wheelchair and have a service dog or person next to you would be relatively easy to navigate but does have challenging area one of them being just to get into the store to shop, overall relative pleasant shopping experience, and am a returning Menards customer numerous times a month, including now shopping here for my cleaning staples and other odds and ends for the house at super affordable price for the quality of item.
