TCF Bank

Locks their doors during lobby hours so you can't talk to them in person. Their 1800 service is a joke. Don't bank at TCF.

I checked online to make sure they would be open after work, 6pm sweet. I get there and see the open sign is on also, double sweet! I go up to the door... locked... closed at 5pm. Update your hours! I could have stopped at one closer to work but decided to stop at the one near home. Very bad experience...

I refuse to bank with tcf, but my Aunt does. We pull up to have her go in to fix her account. It's closed. Apparently tcf is only by appointment now, and there is no sign on the door. Customer after customer is walking up and has zero idea about this.(over 30 people in 20 min) Great way to inform, and treat your customers. Waste their time! Bank elsewhere!

Somehow the review I left 2 days ago disappeared If your going to have the lobby closed make sure that's clearly labeled How do I make an appointment like you say I need to on your door that I had to get of my car for it to be visible. Your drive through lines take hours. You aren't going to pay me to sit in your drive through lines for hours when I could be working
