I'm new to the area so I was considering switching to a local credit union. I called their office from my car over lunch, Sarah picked up the phone on the second ring... I must have asked her 2 dozen rather specific questions and in the span of just a few minutes she was able to answer all of them completely and without hesitation... having been a banker myself for over 10 years, I was very impressed. I soon plan to meet with them to move my accounts.

I have been with Affinity plus since 2014 and always appreciated their customer service & good rates. But this time, we worked with an employee name sandra to refinance one of our affinity loan and we could tell that she did not care at all. On the phone she was all nice & stuff but when we tried to reach out to her regarding questions we had about the loan & documents via email or phone call, she never responded. She didnt even complete the finance application until we called her from a different line. And that tells me that either she discriminated against us or does not take her job responsibilities seriously.
