My wife and I moved into a new construction home in Watertown last week. We had the builder include a water softner with the home. To our dissapointment when we moved in, the next day I was checking things over in the house and realized that while the softner was installed, it wasnt set up, turned on and ready to run. Our builder gave me the contact info for his plumber that installed the softner, but after calling and texting him 3 times, they were unresponsive to our needs to get the softner up and running. I emailed Ray on a Wednesday evening, Thursday morning he called me and was able to come by that afternoon. Ray quickly discovered that besides not being set up to run, it had been installed incorrectly by the previous plumber, and had it been running, the way it was installed it likely would have caused damage to the unit. Ray corrected the poor plumbing, got it set up and running correctly in no time. Being new to this area, Ray was just what we were looking for for our future plumbing needs. He was quick to reply, cared about our dilema, got us taken care of quickly, and was very proffesional, not to mention the bill for his work was very reasonable! Thanks Ray,

I contacted Sufka Plumbing re. a kitchen under-mount sink attached to granite and faucet problem. A bracket had loosened and actually fell out causing the sink to drop down. Within two days Mr. Sufka inspected and diagnosed the problem. Problem stemmed from poor workmanship by the installer (Princess Marble). He recommended a way to brace the sink until repairs could be made. We set an appointment and Mr. Sufka repaired the under-mount sink and installed a new faucet. I was impressed with Mr. Sufka's knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism during the repairs. He figured a way to reinforce the under-mount sink lessening the probability of a problem re-occurrence. I would recommend Sufka Plumbing without any reservation.

Ray from Sufka Plumbing installed a water softener for me and performed a couple other small jobs. He was timely, professional, and efficient. As with any job a couple of unexpected items appeared. He explained the issues and took care of them. He explained how to handle/care for the items he installed. I was very impressed at the work completed, and would recommend Sufka Plumbing to anyone. I will be calling him for all of my plumbing needs.

If you're looking for a very professional contractor who does quality work, provides detailed information about the work at a reasonable price. Call Ray! Outstanding work installing my water softener and rerouting the pipes. Gave me valuable info on using current appliances with soft water and tips on servicing the equipment. Highly recommend Ray and will continue working with him for maintenance in the future. Money well spent!
