        The fact that they have professional in their name is a joke. Made a payment to them to cover a balance in full, still continued to receive calls and then a letter today. I called them and the first person I talked to tried to tell me that I never made a payment. I demanded to speak to her manager and he was able to find the payment in a matter of minutes. Get it together PRP.
