Summit A*R (Summit Account Resolution)

I can not thank Lisa Gardner from Summit A*R enough. I had this insurance payment case that did not got solved forever and got filed for debt correction. I was so nervous and so stressed after numerous amount of time and effort I put in to resolve the case. When I talked to her on the phone, I was so upset and struggling to comprehend the situation I was in. Lisa was very generous, taking it slow and explaining everything that needs to happen, knowing I was very nervous and stressed. I send all the information needed and she finally resolved the case for me. When I received the letter from Summit AR regarding resolving the case, I had such a relief from all the stress from this unfair debit filing. Thank you so much Lisa for your support in resolving the case.

Lisa at summit ar was kind and understanding re: my frugal attempt to get a dental bill paid off. The other representative was very nice as well and both worked with me to come up with a manageable amount to pay to finally get this resolved. In My opinion...more customer service representatives could model themselves after this company.
