We hired Regg and Brenda to re-do our backyard patio, retaining wall, and to build a fire pit. It was a monster of a job that turned out beautifully! There was a misunderstanding with our retaining wall along the way, but it was resolved fairly. We truly appreciated their hard work, dedication to perfection, and advice on maintenance and landscaping.

Reggie and Brenda were wonderful to work with. They truly enjoy their business of making a yard look beautiful.
They were prompt with their meetings and bids. The bids were very detailed and accurate. There were no change orders. Tim and I are enjoying the lovely landscaping.

Regg and Brenda are wonderful to work with.  Our initial meeting with them was a few years ago.  They visited us to provide a proposal when other companies were non-responsive (I suspect b/c our project was likely small potatoes to some of these guys).  Nature's Touch was patient and helpful.  They really listened to what we had it say.  Regg is passionate about what he does (Brenda is too but when I asked her, "do you love this as much as he does?" she responded with "No one loves landscaping as much as he does!"  Regg walks around with you while you discuss your wants and must haves while Brenda carefully records everything discussed.  When we promptly received our proposal, it was evident that they were listening.  The proposal was descriptive so there weren't any misunderstandings as to what will be provided.  Our front yard turned out so beautifully a couple years ago, we invited them back last fall to discuss the back yard.  And when we were finally ready, they returned this Spring to clarify, redefine, and repropose.  These two work their tails off.  Our back yard looks stunning.  Lastly, Regg and Brenda do a great service to their clients by recognizing the work a home owner can do themselves and what is beyond a home owner's capabilities.  They carefully recommend and provide suggestions on what to do oneself rather than hire a professional.  They offered tips and maintenance ideas to save money and time.  We can't thank them enough for making our yard look so beautiful and inviting.
