Stay away. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and the service they provided was terrible. My partner's family hired them to do snow removal for 2023, and despite only needing them to plow three times the entire winter, when they did plow, they only really cleared maybe 2/3 of the driveway and left a large pile of snow at the end. Multiple emails/messages went ignored. Don't waste your money.

Unreliable and at times and a no show or didnt finish a service. They rarely answer their phones or call back. They messed up our monthly Statements and continued to charge for services either already paid for or not provided at all. I spent hours tracking, sorting and sending them letters. I tried to stop by their office in Rogers and the building is locked to the general public. They still owe us money yet try to bill us anyway. They have been a nightmare to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They are unprofessional, dishonest, and good luck getting ahold of someone or getting an email back. We have tried to cancel services with this company for 3 months. We had canceled services via email and voice mails, so we seeded the boulevard. They were out three days later spraying, so that was a waste of time and money. After that I called and emailed again telling them that we did not want service at some properties...I never heard back, but they were out spraying at those properties again this week. They show up without the requested notice and say they treated everywhere, but they could not have gotten into some of the locked and fenced areas. One of their employees was out at one building this week spraying weeds, but he was spraying all around the flower beds killing many of the flowers. He was even spraying weeds through a shrub...that shrub now has dead branches. There is absolutely no reason you should try this company. Read their reviews on different websites and look and the BBB.
