Out of about 5 different shops, this shop gave me the lowest quote for my Acura which was in need of quite a few things. I was impressed with the package deal they were offering me to get my Acura all fixed and back in good running shape. Derek was very good at explaining every detail of what needed to be fixed the part that was needed and what exactly the mechanics need to do to fix it, he was very knowledgeable about auto repairs and that was nice as a customer who lacks that knowledge .

It has been a couple of years since I have had my car into the shop. My daughter just had a major issue with her car and I had it towed over to Tsi. We gave them a call the next morning, no issue with dropping it off and getting the used parts for the rear end. Turnaround time is very reasonable even though they are extremely busy. They always treat me and my family is if we are number one. on on diagnosis is fantastic. They are second to none! Tor repair and their prices are impeccable! thank you all and especially Al, Chris and Derek

*UPDATED* Review -- Smith Nielsen Auto Service & The Transmission Shop In Brooklyn Park has seen my business for well over 20 years now. My current Vehicle is a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser which now has Over, 250,000 Miles on it mostly in part to the Expert Service & Care from Derrick, Chris, Alan & The Team of Expert Vehicle Technicians. ~ Will on 11/12/2022 I have had excellent work preformed at Smith Nielsen. The Technicians are through and meticulous. I have had 3 different vehicles serviced by them and NEVER had any issues. I recommend them to all my friends. I will continue to take my business there when my Vehicle require attention. Gary The Service Manager is top notch. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
