So, I gave them 1 star....Here is why...they received my car after it was stolen to fix it up....1st they missed a few scratched. 2nd they did almost no cleaning and left the glass from the broken window all over the back of the car as well as in-between seats. They also stuffed garbage in the side doors and did not wipe down squat. 3rd they had multiple mutlie days delays for various reasons.....I will never use them for vehicle repair or service ever again Services: Auto body & trim repair, Oil change

I purchased my Telluride from this dealership and love the vehicle but my issue is with my visit today. My vehicle wouldn't start on Tuesday and gave ESC error where I had to disable the traction control manually and disable two safety features and set up an appointment to get it looked at and corrected. I was under the impression that those features were still disabled from when I had to, to get the vehicle to start. So I made appointment for today to get looked at and issue fixed as I was under impression that it was a safety issue needing fixing and my vehicle is still under warranty. After waiting 3 hours I was told that I was being charged 150 diagnostic charge cause they couldn't replicate the issue which I was never made aware of when I brought in the vehicle this morning. Even though there was a notation in vehicle record showing low power which apparently can cause this issue. So in the end I was charged $174.42 that I thought was covered under the warranty. In recap I feel that is something that should be discussed up front In advance as I was under impression the issue still existed but wasn't happening cause I had disabled the feature causing the issue. I lost 3 hours of pay at work and then was charged the 150 fee which was never discussed in advance. Response to company response. I was not informed until the end not prior to. That is my whole issue. Be upfront

I tried to make an appointment and spent 30 minutes talking to a customer service rep who couldn't find my car vin # in the system after I gave it to him. Then he couldn't find the recalls that needed to be done. Finally found those things, but then couldn't figure out how to find a appointment time. I finally told him to forget it and went to another business all together.

I have been working with Ryan Dorsey in service for over six months now. He is always professional, quick to respond and extremely helpful. No matter what questions I have, he always goes out of his way to address it as soon as possible....even on his days off. I have never had a service provider as wonderful as Ryan Dorsey.
