In short, if you are going to Men's Wearhouse, don't do it here. This location has uniquely poor service.
I made three visits for a recent tux rental for a wedding. Their system is to measure you the first day, and then have you try on the resulting tux a few days before needing it - allowing time to make any necessary corrections.
The staff were typically watching a movie (the content of which was sometimes offensive) and were always doing their best not to do more work than they had to. When my pants were 1.5 inches short, and my shirt too big, they spent the time they were not watching the movie trying to convince me that "the style for a tight suit is short pants and that I should have them higher than the ones that they themselves were wearing" and that "I should not expect the shirt to fit on a rental." They continually reminded me that I would have to either wait or come back for them to hem the pants and inquired when I would find time to do so - again in hopes that I would accept the short pants.
My third visit was to pick up the hemmed pants. I took this opportunity to try again for the correct shirt. I did not understand it at the time, but the problem was simply that they did not have a "fitted" (tighter version) of the ivory shirt I was required to get for the wedding party (there are really just two sizes and they only had the not fitted). Eventually I went to a different location (Fargo) and got the different shirt by overnight mail at the last minute due to the first class service at that location.
However, in the mean time my third visit to the MOA store was no better, despite a new staff person. I informed them that I expected my $200 rental to fit and asked whether they recommend going somewhere else to get tuxes that fit for my upcoming wedding. I was promptly given a shirt that did fit, but was not the right color (white in place of ivory). I asked if they simply did not have the correct color in that size and was given no conclusive answer. I asked if they could help me find a store that had it so I could get it myself and was told again that I should not expect it to fit. I finally gave up and just tried again at the location of the wedding.
