Nice people in the office but their pricing is insanity. Double what other places want. Some of the dumpsters are really tall so if you have heavy things, don't plan on going alone.

KELLY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND.
I called in to make sure I was getting credit from Walters Refer A Friend program & learned I was and friend was too. Cool.
Kelly reviewed my file & saw that we only put our bin out about once a month (we dont generate much garbage and no reason for truck to stop by until bin is full).
She called me back in a few minutes and gave us the Senior Discount (yes, we qualify).
She didnt have to do this but she did so I say again:

We've been using Walters for the past two years and they've always provided good service. When we moved recently, we continued our service with them at our new place. Recently we had some complications caused by our house's previous owners' garbage disposal company, but the staff at Walters was very helpful in helping us resolve our issue. They are also very responsive in general when called, as compared to other companies I've called that put you through a series of automated phone systems and long hold times.
