I came in an hour before closing and the two clerks were very welcoming even though they had work to do before closing up. They didn't have the largest selection but on the plus side, the shoes I wanted was the same price as Amazon and Zappos.
I'd shop there again.

BEWARE - STORES RETURN POLICY IS NOT CLEAR! I called this store first asking if they had boot socks for women. The saleswoman assured me they had many styles. I went to the store to purchase one pair, however, could only purchase a pack of three. I was told that I had 30 days to return if they didn't fit, etc. The three pair of socks were all together with a piece of plastic and an outer ring of paper with description, etc. In order to try on one of the socks for fit, I had to cut the piece of plastic. The sock was much too large even though I purchased the appropriate size. Today, I attempted to return the socks, with receipt-within the 30 day time frame, and was told that I could not return because I had cut the plastic. I asked the store manager how one is supposed to try on the sock for fit without cutting the piece of plastic. The manager said, unsympathetically, "Well that's our policy - can't return." Obviously, I will never shop at this store again and will tell all of my friends, children, etc. that even though they tell you the item can be returned, they will not return the item. Fortunately, this was only a $15 mistake. Hopefully, this post will prevent another individual from making a larger mistake.
