DO NOT RECOMMEND! unmaintained, unclean, and rude. you’d think for the price they charge that the floor would at least be mopped. covid guidelines were NOT followed. just forget about HIPAA. they were unable to answer the basic questions asked. overall it was incredibly unprofessional and i wouldn’t go again.

Absolutely terrible. Couldn’t answer any normal questions that they should know as an employee there. Could not understand the main desk lady and she was very rude and refused paperwork we are entitled to that I signed. The other desk lady did not have a mask on. Also the main desk lady disclosed another patient’s results of a drug test to the whole room, violation of hyppa if i do say so myself.

DO NOT!! go to this meat market! I Could not of been treated worse! Had to call a manager at different location just to be told I could go back to get copys of my signed papers that they denied me at the time of singing. And the manager had the audacity to tell me she has never had a complaint or a negative review. Well her it is!
