      image Check in and was greeted by staff member. Was given instructions that I would be sent a text message and needed to file out the required item. Was seen within 30 minutes of schedule time. PA Chad listen to me carefully and went over what he thought was going on with me and then examined me and prescribed the medication that he thought would help me get relief from my symptoms. Wonderful group of staff.
