The association is in poor financial status due to hiring KC Property Management Company to control their affairs. KC Property increases association fees and we are now on a second year of additional assessment fees for building repairs, which has not been done in over two years. The buildings are in desperate need of repair for rotted wood and paint. You can only water plants and grass once a week (cannot wash your car or other belongings outside). Yet, KC Property keeps raking in the money by fining co-owners for any violation they can come up with (much which are bogus). They are quick to fine you if you are one day late on paying the monthly association fee, but are slow to respond (or ignore) any work order request. Very bias on who receives violation notices or assistance. Not at all a friendly association or management company to deal with. See reviews for KC Property Management Co in Southfield, MI and you will get the picture. Unless you can buy a condo at Hidden Meadows dirt cheap to afford your own repairs and extra fees, then don't.
