Tivoli Apartments

We have been here for 2 months, and we are very happy with our decision to come here. It is spacious for our two kids inside & outside on our fenced patio. James went above & beyond to get us into a townhome on our move in date which was originally later than we needed! Maintenance is fast to come fix issues, friendly neighbors, grass is consistently cut, and a 5 minute walk to the elementary school. I highly recommend living here!

Tivoli's is a nice little apartment complex tucked back off of W West Maple Rd between Benstein and Ladd rd. I honestly never noticed it before because it's so hidden. Mostly pretty chill and quiet with clean, nice apartments and towns houses. The management is good too. Overall it's a nice place to live for sure. Rent is also reasonable and adorable

Out of the 2 years of being here only within this year has it started to go bad. Walled Lake as a whole is nice. Cute little downtown. But people started to gravitate to the area because of how dark some spots are around the apartments, breaking into cars and stealing parts off the cars. Nonetheless, our experience was good. My husband and I loved our townhome. No issues with it. They are a little on the older side but they are still great for couples and small families. And the manager James is great. Any concerns or questions we had, he was readily available and welcoming. He will forever be the best manager for us. The best advice I can give to new incoming tenants is to keep to yourself and you will be good. The comfort and peace of your own home will be your best friend.

I love the community people are nice and its clean the guy in the office is always helpful and easy to talk too Id recommend this place to my family and friends for sure

Dont move here they steal car parts, it pitch black at night and people come in stealing late at night. Most likely the people living here . Came for me and my neighbor car twice in 1 week.
