Complete and total failure of a company. Treats you like criminal even if your record is perfect with them. If you are looking to get hassled look no further than this company.

They have had my funds held for 3 weeks - no one answers and always transfer me over - as a a small company in need of cash flow they have me held hostage - no one ever returns calls and now going to the bbb

I hate that I had to give this company ANY stars! They are grifters! I signed up for service with them more than 2 years ago after the company I was processing with (Pay Anywhere) was acquired by them. After months of no equipment I just processed transactions on my phone keying in the cards. Finally one of their staff suggested that I just download Square, in the meantime (which I did.) I liked Square and decided to stay with it.
In 2020 right after Covid hit, I received a call saying I had an outstanding balance. I called them, paid the balance, and closed out my account. Today (more than a year after I closed my account) I received a collections email stating that I have an outstanding balance of $975.00 I do not recall receiving any equipment from them, and more importantly, I HAVE NEVER USED THEIR EQUIPMENT! They REFUSE to provide me with any proof that they sent equipment, or that I received any equipment. No shipping address, no dates, no tracking number, NOTHING! The representatives were rude and defensive, Claudia hung up on me when I asked for proof of delivery! They act like mobster, not business people! Who does this? This company is unethical and unprofessional and needs to be investigated by the Attorney General's office. DO NO DO BUSINESS with North American Bancard, you will regret it!!

We've been in business over 30 years and had many credit card processing companies. We completed our contract with this company and chose not to renew. (If I had chosen to leave early the fee was over $500.) Service was poor and not very responsive. The monthly statements are not user friendly. Several times I've had to call and ask what something meant or how to interpret something. These statements need to be done in a much more understandable format. Today, I got an email telling me I had 10 days to return my terminal or I would be charged $895. This is for a standard, run-of-the-mill terminal. They didn't even have the business goodwill to supply us with a postage paid label. Such disdain and contempt they must have for their customers.
