Lisa helped my mom upgrade to an iPhone 5 (from a basic phone). This is no small feat, and she helped walk my mom through the basics of the new phone. I was impressed with how much care she put into cleaning the iPhone before putting it in the Lifeproof case. Lisa also went the extra mile to transfer photos off of my mom's LG Remarq to the iPhone, by copying them to a MicroSD card, so that they could be uploaded to the iPhone via a computer. I was very happy with my experience, and would shop here again.

Service is consisitently bad. Go in about once a year for little problems with phone or chargers etc. Don't bother. They always have an attitude and an excuse why they can't help you. Their solution - buy something new from them.
