Amazing customer service! Big shout to the general manager, Brian. There was another employee, his name was Sean, he was a big help and both of them really went the extra mile to help fix my complicated situation with my SIM card and all. If you have sprint and live around Oakland County, choose this location! 10/10

Not just SPRINT - but Sprint too of course, but the employees at this store are exceptionally kind. They helped me out after a car accident and only owning my phone for MAYBE 2 weeks tremendously. Due to (unfortunately due to my own events I met every single employee I guess) every employee's kindness I made sure to buy all of my family members one device or another that I could afford and 6 other family members started accounts due to my raving. Thanks u guys - u made a difference in my life not just during covid, but a terribly painful time in my life. I'll stay loyal to Sprint for hiring such an amazing team at this store.

SERIOUSLY AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!!! I came in to upgrade with my family and the staff was super helpful and got us out of there pretty quick! Overall I had a great in store experience! We will for sure be coming back for next years upgrades!
