        I never rate for anything. Verizon is great but the staff members that sold us these plans are not. Gave us the completely wrong information for trading in our phones. Lucky I called customer service and they fixed it. Otherwise my bill would of been nearly double. I would purchase elsewhere. There will likely be a comment from the owner here saying “thank you for the feedback, we strive to…blah blah blah.” It not worth much commenting on these without actually fixing issues like this.

        "Wendra" the quote on quote store manager should be sweeping floors in a prison not so-called managing the store don't ever do any business with those folks as long as wendra is there run as fast as you can away from this crooks in fact they should relocate that store to crooks road so it would be more appropriately located
