Had a great satisfying experience with the service provided. Micheal was guiding us on all required information to make informed decisions. It certainly takes a long time as the parts have to reach the location for installation but, they did a great job.

My overall experience with this shop has been less than great. The damage collusion person does not return phone calls, you have to keep calling to get a hold of anyone. When you do speak to someone, they give you snotty answers. I was asked to pay for the parts up front on my car, before they got ordered. I explained that the insurance company that was at fault should be the ones paying for them not me. I'm not the one that did damage to my car and if you order the wrong parts, that's not my fault.

I have used their service few times over the past few years and had a good experience every time! The only concern I had was about their communication; I had to leave multiple voicemails before I could get an update. But recently I worked with Rachel who was highly communicative and providing updates promptly! They had to wait for additional parts but she managed to get the repairs completed on schedule so I would not overrun my rental.

Great service from start to finish. I got an appt. right away that fit my schedule. Once I got there I didn't have to wait. Matt came out and looked at my car. Next thing I knew he took it to the back and brought it back to me within 10 minutes. My car looked great. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of all the staff. I would highly recommend Matt and Suburban Collision!!! Thanks Matt!!!
