It took 6 months to get my vehicle back due to parts, which wasn't their fault, but my vehicle still has issues. My wheel bearing is causing noise and vibrations so I reached back out to them and was asked to drop it back off. Upon driving it, they concluded that it "wasn't too bad and that I shouldn't worry about it because it would be too hard to get Progressive to work with them after the fact." Now I must wait until I can get the dealership to look at it for a second opinion after speaking with my insurance company about the situation. I'll update my review if the situation changes.

Joe Gleason and the team at Suburban provided service that was above and beyond the call of duty, and beautiful results on my Maserati. My car had been hit while parked, and my insurance company was unwilling to pay what the appropriate labor costs. The insurance tried multiple times to get me to go to another collision shop. Suburban argued with the insurance company on my behalf, and while I didn't get everything I wanted out of the insurance company, I appreciated Suburban's efforts on my behalf.
They also did a great job managing my expectations on how long it would take to fix given supply chain constraints, and kept me well informed.
I hope I don't need them again for body work, but I would 100% bring my car here again. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
