Do not go here. I am an AT&T customer and my Samsung got the blank screen of death last night. I stopped by this store 40 min after opening, door was locked associate didn't seem like she wanted to work. When she realized I wasn't leaving she reluctantly opened the door and asked what was wrong. When I explained that my phone wasn't working, wasn't dropped wasn't exposed to liquid, she replied "so you want an upgrade?" She looked into my account and told me my warranty was up, and I didn't have the upgraded insurance and so basically my only choice was to buy out this phone and get a new one. I went across the street and my phone is still under warranty and is being fixed for free as I type this. NO HELP AT ALL. Wouldn't even look at my phone, or attempt a reset. Your getting paid to do a job, you should do it to the best of your ability.
