worst store ever, i needed to return an item i purchased two weeks ago, the cashier and the supervisor couldnt calculate the correct amount of refund, the staff attitude wasnt friendly this is the first time I see that in a store ever

The reason so many stores are closing is because of HORRIABLE customer service! Hands down the worst experience I've ever had! The store is closing (not surprised), so portions of the store are empty and they put up caution tape. My son (2) and I proceeded to the back of the store where the kids shoes are located. Toddlers aren't the best at staying still and he ran under the caution tape to an empty isle. I immediately grabbed him, and a piece of the tape came loose. A middle aged employee then decided to SCREAM to another employee"go take care of that mess someone just made" in front of a store full of people. It was the most humiliating thing ever as I was fighting back tears running out the door. A baby knocked down a piece of tape and before I could even put it back up she had to tell it to the entire store, totally embarrassing. I will never go back and suggest anyone who has children or wants to be greeted as they enter a store avoid shoe carnival!
