Romano's Macaroni Grill

Food was decent, however the service was awful. The place was basically empty when we arrived and we waited about 5 minutes to be greeted and sat. After 10 minutes a waitress finally came to get our drink order, we waited 20 minutes for drinks, the waitress blamed it on the bartender, but oddly enough the tables that were sat after us already got their drinks. I didnt even order alcohol, only my hubby did. My friend got her soup about 10 minutes before I got my salad to start. Luckily dinner came within a decent time.

I have not been to this location in over a year, even though it's basically right down the street from me. I don't want to judge the whole entire restaurant or staff based on one experience. The last time I did go there, the service could have been better and the quality of food. It also wasn't very busy, which is an indicator of how good the place is overall in my book. I am willing to give it another try though.

The food here is very authentic and amazing! I just love bringing my girlfriend here and she enjoys it too. There is now a brunch menu and the atmosphere is romantic and classy but the prices are fair and food is delicious. I come here often and they treat you like family.

Eight went there last night. It wasnt busy at all but the whole staff seemed overwhelmed. After waiting to be seated our server was terrible. She stood at the far end of a very long table and most of us couldnt hear her but she wouldnt move. The three kids planned to order individual pizzas but we were told the oven was broke. After deciding differently and ordering our 2 apps. We waited and the apps arrived fairly quickly. They were all right at best. We had ordered our meals at the same time and when they finally started coming out they came piecemeal and the server didnt know who got what. The kids meals came out first then one chicken marsala. Five mimutes later a 2nd chicken marsala. Five minutes later a third chicken marsala. Then 10 minutes later my lasagna that was lukewarm and cold on the bottom. All in all terrible food and horrible service. This restaurant needs help immediately from administration to servers to cooks. We wont be back.

I had a great experience here the 2 times I’ve been. The atmosphere was great and the food was awesome. Great place for a date anytime.
