Service was great. My wife ordered the eggplant parmesan and it tasted great. I ordered the chicken under a brick... This was one of the worst dishes I've ever eaten (tried to eat) at a restaurant. The "half chicken" had about as much meat as a small thigh. This sad piece of meat was over cooked and as hard as shoe leather. The broccoli was cold and potatoes were not freshly cooked. I couldn't believe a kitchen would turn out such a pathetic looking dish as this especially considering how expensive it was. I told the server to let the kitchen know how terrible the dish was. She insisted that I talk with the manager. Since I don't like haggling with managers about meal comps, I told her not to worry about it. However, I don't think I will be going back to the Macaroni Grill, as I can't trust a restaurant that could serve a dish like this.

Service was fast, food was good. My wife and I got big portions for a decent price on our entree's. Apps were very good, the 2 for 9.49 deal is great. Would definitely recommend. Sorbet for dessert makes a great vegan option too.
