I found this man to be very rude and condescending. He can not personally do half of the services that he claims on his site. Mores so, he will push a more expensive service that he "can" do over a better service that would cost less. Thats when he gets condescending. If you question why he wants do to a more expensive service over a better service (thats also cheaper) he begins insulting your income. Insinuates that you are too poor in greedy attempt to push you into a service that he can do. Hes done this with several people i know. I feel bad for any elderly patients that he pushes into over priced procedures to line his own pockets. People leaving a positive review just dont know any better and need to get a second opinion. They're being taken.

You can search high and low, but you will never find a better dentist and support staff in all the world. I was deathly afraid of dentists before I met Dr. Herzler. He is patient, kind, and funny. He explains everything to you in terms you understand and answers all your questions. He is a perfectionist and all his work has to meet his own high quality standards. Not only is he an amazing dentist, he is a good person and so are all the people who work there. I highly recommend this practice :)

I googled dentists in Saginaw, liked the reviews for Greg Herzler so I decided I was going to try his office. I AM SO GLAD I DID! The whole staff is friendly.The atmosphere is very pleasant. And Dr. Herzler is AWESOME. You know all the details from the start. I would highly recommend him to whoever needs a dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Herzler for a few years now and could not be happier. I've had a recent emergency and they took me in same day, and helped me out. I could not be happier with them and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dentist. I drive 1.5 hours for my appointments if that puts it into perspective. 11/10.
