I went here to get a new phone & open a new line with Verizon. Demond was the store salesman that assisted me. I thought everything went well until about a week later I noticed an extra line (number) was added onto my bill that I did not authorize. I had no idea where the number came from. I called customer service & they informed me that someone likely an employee at this location had added on an extra number without my permission. Whoever did this also changed my personal PIN so I couldnt even get into my own account! The extra line ended up being another iPhone 15pro & an extra $20/month on my bill. Happy I caught it. Customer service was able to cancel that line, refund the charges to my account & of course bring my bill down. Customer Service also filed a report on this location as well. Shame on this store for attempting to scam its customers!

Go to another location. Ive visited twice in the past 6 months, and each time helped by the same person. He is not helpful at all to the point of wondering how he even got the job in the first place.

I stopped at this location to turn in a phone as a trade for a phone I purchased. I asked the salesperson (there were 5 standing around with only one shopper in the store) to put a screen protector on my existing phone. He said verizon charges $30 for that service. I questioned him and said I've never been charged before. Long story short another verizon store told me ....that WAS NOT A VERIZON POLICY and especially for a verizon customer of 30 yrs. He lied and they are all lazy there. Go to the one in Novi or Auburn Hills....those teams are professional. The team in Royal Oak is lazy and a JOKE.
