Had an old flip phone which is not relevant anymore, but he reminded me I could get my pictures off the phone still. A minor thing, but I appreciated that, I was ready to throw it away. Joe is very patient and polite. Thank you for the reminder!

Hate to be that guy but I had my iPhone X screen replaced here and even paid up for the Apple factory glass. He even included a screen protector which was nice but not asked for. 3 months later or so my phones screen is flapping off. Looks like the glue used has began to degrade? I was caseless this whole time so Im not sure if that had anything to do with it but no drops caused the screen to start separating. I would have given this place a 4 as service was quick and guy behind the counter was nice. This could be partly my fault but I dont think its normal for a $250+ solution to fail that quickly. If you need a quick fix this is the spot but your mileage may vary.
