        I had an amazing experience getting a ring reset into a neclace. Mike and his associates were so helpful in going over all my options and the pros/cons. I had shopped around at a couple different jewelers but Mike clearly was the most knowledgeable. They were very patient while I tried out various chains and the final set turned out amazing! The customer service was amazing and I will be coming back.
