I just got off the phone with Lisa Siecinski here and she was 100% awesome in helping me figure out a very complex probate issue. I have been a 5/3 customer for a little over 10 years and have had ZERO issues. Every time I come into any branch the service has been outstanding, even if I'm unable to resolve an issue. These negative reviews from spiteful people do not reflect the actual experience. The 5/3 customer service culture is top shelf and should be recognized.

Don't go in and ask to buy quarters unless you wanna be treated like a panhandler begging for change... Nothing like being rudely brushed off by your own bank when you need quarters to do laundry...

Set up a business account with a check it cleared then I make 2 more deposits and they refuse to even attempt to put them through and its drawn off the same account as the first one that cleared hmmm they locked my account saying some bs reason saying that they think someone frauded me when Ive looked and I made all the charges myself as the account owner they should not on a business account to help themselves to withhold my money from me or not to deposit my money its wrong and Im therefore voicing my unhappiness with their 5/3rd crappier service then the rest!!!
