      image Party City is soooooo much better than the dollar stores. Always have a great experience at Party City in Rochester Hills. Bright, clean store with extensive selection of party goods. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable associates. And, if you need to return an item, you get a refund (cash or credit), unlike the spend your return policy offered at the dollar stores.

      image So I went to party city for my sons Toy Story birthday party. Everything was marked up from what was online, sometimes as much as a dollar. Then I brought home what I purchased. The stand up decorations were used (someone had taped them together), the gift bags were short one, and the cake topper was shattered. So disappointed in the quality of the products- I guess next time Ill just use Amazon!

      image Used to be a great party store. Now it's just a store that sells random items that you can get a anywhere for much higher prices. Not a place I would return to for party items.
