Great selection of items that I regularly use. Prices are really only one dollar, unlike the other dollar stores. Recently, all items increased by 25 cents, though.

Yesterday, Dec 14, I was in your store at Rochester and tienken roads. I was there to make exchange with 2 different receipts. My purchases were on the conveyor with receipt and returns right behind. Did this same thing for the 2nd receipt. Cashier called over for assistance to make sure everything was done properly. Kudos! The individual who came over belittled this Cashier in front of the rather long lines at 2 lanes. A lot of people. There was absolutely no need for the rudeness. I went back to this same store this morning because this bothered me to no end. Found out this individual was the store mgr!!! I think she needs to be put thru some training on people skills!!! Didn't ask for her name today. However, she was about 5'4", dark hair, and wore glasses. I'm sure you can figure out who I'm talking about. I'm hoping you will address this matter with more than a tap on the hand. An apology to that Cashier is the first order of business. Sure glad I wasn't in this managers line. Can you imagine how she must be treating customers??? Thank you for listening.
