I found Advanced H&C to be very professional and organized, From the initial visit and inspection to the final installation. I liked the paperless administration and the fact that they sent me photos and biographies of the staff that came to the house prior to their arrival. Advanced has a good selection of products that are all top rated. And installation was quick and smooth. I would strongly recommend them to my family and friends.

Had a AC unit installed they never pulled a permit and they are refusing to pull one. Plus they never gave me a written receipt. Nor did the fill out a certification sheet with Redford. Won't answer phone and won't return messages. Horrible company wish I had did my research before hiring this Company. Service: Install AC

Called them to put in a new airconditioner on my father's home in Redford and they were very professional. Quick to respond to any additional calls my father had regarding to how to work his new temperature control since he forgot how to work it. They were so patient with him. Highly recommend.
