Once again Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning has left a smile on our face. This is our second unit installed in our home. Very courteous and knowledgeable crew. They also installed a new vent and intake on our 1st unit upstairs. The result is a more comfortable room with better airflow. I recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

My unit wasn't blowing any cold air and the capacitor needed to be replaced. Afterwards we discussed replacing the entire unit as well as insulation. Both techs were extremely professional and relatable. Honest and upfront about the issues with what was necessary to be fixed but also, what made a big impact to me was that they also told me what was not necessary. Very honest and transparent. I highly recommend Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning.

Our house has been added to many times and its been a nightmare trying to find a company that can understand and repair our systems. Patrick has been our technician and he is excellent! Always polite, knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. The business model at Donovan is superb as well, supplies are on their trucks or in their warehouse, so theres usually zero wait time for an order to be placed. Patrick showed up at 8:00 AM as promised. He gave me a reasonable price and hustled off to get some parts. Work was completed very quickly--which I appreciated sine it was my daughter's house and I was subbing for her while she was at work. I got to go home sooner than I had planned. Highly recommend the company!
