Awful communication, rude staff, no electronic or even cash payments, washers and dryers always out of service on top of the outdated heating and cooling for apartments. Advise against living here

It is very clear in our lease that the residents must provide a 60-day notice if they plan to vacate. My bestfriend Marcus Haskins just got approved and the process was fast and super easy. Angel was so helpful and nice to him. She put effort getting him accepted into this beautiful apartment complex. Some people don't care too much about how hard it is to find a home nowadays. People complain about the rent but the area is in portage and is in a good neighborhood. Thank you angel for helping my bestfriend find his new home.
