        I lived at Briarwood for 4 years. It was my home and I loved it. The laundry room was the only problem I had. There were only 3 washers per building. I would use it on a weekday when it wasn't busy. One other thing just a note-if I left my car unlocked I did have a few things stolen that weren't of any value. A bonus my packages on my doorstep were always there. And I had a lot of deliveries. Maintenance was always very helpful and on time. Management attentive.

        Do not even fill out !!!Cheated us out of the background fee, wouldnt help with the email process, starts off nice but then turns very inpatient please do not even fill out for this place , its a scam and after you pay, it refuses you to log in before your even finished which management says they cant help but can.
