        Great place to live if you want your packages stolen off your doorstep and your car broken into. They allow people that dont even live here to walk up and down your street. They provide zero security measures to combat these issues. Definitely would expect at least a gate or security cameras when you're paying 2000 dollar rent, and they are aware these issues are happening.

        Great place to live! I especially appreciate Wesley in maintenance! I had an emergency maintenance issue, and he came within minutes and fixed it. Maintenance is phenomenal!

        My wife and I feel like we are "home". We have owned two homes, but feel as though we are no longer able to take care of maintenance and related issues a home owner has. We have been residents at Pinefield for over ten years. Madie, our resident manager is wonderful. Madie listens, problem solves, is very friendly, and does all she can to help us feel at home. We have no maintenance needs. Batteries are even replaced as we don't use ladders anymore. Madie even arranged for extra handrails so we would feel more secure using stairs. We pray that our income will allow us to stay when considering rising rent.
