        Poor service.  Had a life insurance claim and he is licensed, however he   could not answer a basic question on claim nor couldn't find a phone number to ask after 2 days.  I found the proper phone in 10 seconds.  Said State Farm couldn't do a busy call-back --not true.  I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but, he seemed very exasperated to return a call on time and to help.
