        I'm very disappointed in Bankers Life in Kalamazoo, MI. I have not heard from them in years but my payment is made monthly faithfully by ACH from my account. No one answers the phone no mater what time of day you call. I wish they would refund me all my money that I paid in so I can take my business somewhere else where they care about the people. The way they ignore me I wonder if they will ignore my family when the time come. It's been over 10 years and I my have heard from them twice. Just refund me and let me go somewhere else please where they care about their customers. This is not very good customer service.
