      image For the most part this rental has been a headache to deal with, inconsistent procedures and billing, i have had to call 6 times to get my account correct, and the sales rep Jalen avoid at all cost very disrespectful and uniformed about his own companies policy. This has set my business rentals off to a terrible experience

      image Have rented with Penske at this location several times and it was always wonderful. The drop off was where the issues began. I paid and gave a deposit when I picked up the truck. I always have a partial refund when I drop off because of the deposit. I had to get a new debit card so wanted to make sure the correct card was on file for the refund. The lady swiped my card and changed an additional $855 on accident. She did have any clue what she did/how to fix it. No one wants their money tied up an extra 3-5 business days. Be careful when checking out if Madelyn is working..could cost you up to an extra $855 if she doesnt get some training.
