Definitely a great place. Office staff has been so helpful and friendly. Never had any issues with Amy or Ashley. They try their hardest to make sure meds are put through on time and get you scheduled quick if there is an opening.

Amy is the most rude non empathetic person I’ve ever spoken with, for someone who works with mental health services you think that they’d be more kind with their patients or at LEAST understanding. I agree with every negative review on here. Stay away.

Update: Still going here (basically no other option), but they seem to have gotten their act together. I don’t know how they are for active therapy, but as far as medication management, I have found them to be convenient and relatively well organized in recent months. The ability to have phone appointments with my provider is great and saves me a ton of time. Basically they now act as I would expect from a professional medical office. Original review: Zero stars. I am livid with this place. Reporting them and my providers there to the state board, as they are nothing short of NEGLIGENT. My provider I was seeing left without notice, and they didn’t even tell me my appointment was cancelled after she left. I was unable to get refills on my very much so necessary medications, and one ran out completely for over two weeks before I was able to get someone to take care of it. In most cases, they won’t even answer the phone, it just goes straight to a full mailbox. Sadly, this is representative of the state of mental health services in northern Michigan. If you’re looking for a remotely competent and reliable psychiatrist, avoid this place at all costs. Apparently they are more than willing to mess with people’s well being and safety, with zero concern or afterthought.
