I am eternally grateful for Hilary and would recommend her guidance to anyone wanting to dive deep within self and birth a version that feels aligned + authentic and empowered.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing both a 1on1 session and a group series event with Hilary. Hilary Lake Healing Arts & Counseling has such a cozy, warm, and inviting atmosphere. I felt right at home and safe. The Rebirthing Series event was something I was interested in as an entrepreneur stuck in my own way. I knew a lot was on my plate leading into 2024 so I needed some support and a space to allow non-judgmental creative flow to happen, and clearly it did because I got so much from it: ease, clarity, my voice, connection and understanding of others in the same boat. We all were there for different reasons, although in communicating, we all found common ground in needing this same thing: Hilary's Rebirth Series. It was lovely, and I highly recommend signing up for this series. I also hugely recommend having a 1on1 Cosmic Embodiment session. I look to planetary alignments and connections, just starting that journey for myself, and she gets it. I could tell the care she took with the knowledge of what she charted for me to explain it in an easy way while not persuading me to share too much so that it was raw and real. Integrity to a tee. I had no doubts about any of it. It made me more stable, grounded, and empowered, knowing what to use when and how to prepare. 12/10 I mean, she is a hidde gem, so I'm not keeping her a secret!!!

My first experience with Hilary's work was with grief counseling. I saw a flyer she had about a grief workshop. I wasn't able to do the workshop but Hilary agreed to see me privately. I was initially drawn to her work because I had recently lost a few family members and was seeking support. It's as if her flyer appeared at the perfect time. I went through a series of seven sessions with Hilary focused on grief and moving it through the body. We met at her office in Petoskey. The entire experience couldn't have been more perfect. It was exactly what I needed - a place to be seen, heard and share my experiences. Hilary holds space in such a beautiful way. She is highly intuitive and I immediately felt at home and comfortable with her. I felt as if I could share exactly what I needed. She provided practices and exercises for me to get more into my body and my experience, not in a way that was wallowing but in a way that helped me honor and move through the grief. Since those 1:1 sessions, I have worked with Hilary in some of her group programs. Each have been deeply nourishing and healing for the body, mind and soul. Hilary, I am deeply grateful for you and your commitment to using your gifts to serve your community in this way.
