Father And Son Heating And Cooling

Still waiting for tech to show. This will be his 3rd visit. Our air has been out for a week. He was supposed to be here at 9am, it's now 11am. I've called 3x this morning with the promise of a call back in 15 minutes. Nada. This is not how my father nor son operate. We had to spend the night in a hotel.

Last Friday my wife tells me we have water all over the garage floor. Our 20 year old water heater sprung a leak. So i gave a call to father and son a call, the tech was out that evening and gave us a great great price, the heater was in the next day. As i have used father and sun for our heater and AC i remembered spring and we better get the system checked. The check the system right after the water heater went in and saved me another call. Great local company still doing business the old school way and satisfying the customer first and the money will come. I have used this provider for the last ten years and they only get better with time.

I wouldn't recommend them. They failed to reattach my AC unit when my furnace was installed. The next summer, my AC wouldn't work. They didn't show up when they said, showed up much later. I was leaving for the night...looked at the AC unit and said it most likely needed to be replaced...never showed up the next day. I called another person for the AC...he found out that the reason it wouldn't work was because the unit wasn't plugged in after the furnace install. It cost me money for someone else to come out, and if I had listened to their incorrect advice, could have cost me thousands.
