        Will put you on hold and never pick your call back up! On hold for ten straight minutes when asked if I can hold for a sec and now no one is manning the phones as I try calling back.

        Paid top dollar for a starter, the starter failed. It passed their "test" so they wouldn't warranty it out. Bought a starter from advance and starter works.
